Corporate Workshop

“Emma ran a workshop on stress and self-esteem in the workplace for our finance department.
The team had just completed a stressful project with high pressure on performance, and the objective with the session was to take a step back and reflect on how to manage stress. Emma helped the team understand how stress is triggered and gave us useful tips and tools for self-awareness and stress release.
